Mahatma Hansraj Diwas 2010
DAV College Managing Committee has been organizing a function anually for many years to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mahatma Hans Raj. He was the Headmaster of the first DAV School which was established in Lahore in 1886 and later on he became the founder Principal of D. A. V. College, Lahore.
Mahatma Hans Raj, founder of the DAV Movement, dedicated his entire life to the cause of education. He became a legend in his life time for his commitment to selfless and honorary services for uplifting the down trodden sections of society.
DAV College Managing Committee every year call any eminent dignitary on this function as Chief Guest.
